Munich's best baker!
Very good organic bakery and nice staff?.
Real bread and amazing pastries.
Best bakery in the world❤❤❤
Excellent breads and baked goods, the smell of freshly (and locally!) Baked bread makes you look forward to shopping. Reasonable prices for the quality offered!
Both the bread and all the other dishes are always delicious. The staff are always very nice too :) And earlier I got a cake to take away from you (think it was cassis) - rarely nibbled something delicious ?
discovered by chance and I have to say that I'm thrilled! bought half a loaf of bread and rolls with poppy seeds for the first time today the bread is crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, that's how I love it :-) the poppy seed rolls are really fresh if i'm in the area i will definitely come back when you walk in you can feel a unique atmosphere (very friendly staff) you can see how the bread is made and baked really recommendable!
The bread is very good, breakfast and coffee too. The dachi is juicy.
Great, quality baked goods. My favorite bakery. The only 'minus' is that the opening times are not that long and it is not open on Sundays. Then unfortunately you sometimes have to evade.
Nice service and delicious breakfast even better if you hadn't overlooked the menu;)
The service is very nice! Everything was delicious.
The bread is a dream.
Good quality, but you have to have the time
Real, honest, delicious bread is baked here. The other baked goods should not be neglected either. If you are looking for a change, you can still go to Julius Brantner - Bakery in Maxvorstadt, but the bread room is and remains a highlight! Thank you.
Actually my favorite baker in the neighborhood. But if I have to buy an oilcloth for 3 euros 50 to take a nutmeg home with me because there is no paper bag for educational reasons, I find that overwhelming.
A wonderful little baker with a partially open bakery. I particularly like the pretzels and rolls, because they have that certain something. One has the feeling that high-quality ingredients meet very well trained and loving people. My favorite: chive pretzel. Guys, I'm hungry! Food: fresh and aromatic Ambience: sometimes quiet, sometimes busy Service: competent and friendly Prices: fair
Super delicious bread and baked goods !! Very, very nice staff! Nice ambience. Top. You do everything right !!
Love, love, love this place. The cranberry pastry was amazing. Cute atmosphere. The service was very nice.
This bakery is perfect for people who value organic ingredients. The bakers can be seen directly in the production area in the sales room and everything is clearly visible in the counter. The coffee is good, but the price is quite high in relation to the amount. However, this is also about fair trade, which is reflected in the price. The price of baked goods is also much higher than in other bakeries. When you enter the shop you can expect a very pleasant smell of fresh bread and other goods. In the rear and front part, it is also possible to take your coffee comfortably. You can also sit in front of the street entrance to watch the hustle and bustle.
Still one of the best bakeries in Schwabing. Here is a different philosophy than the big chains. Baking is still understood as a craft, prefabricated industrial goods, which are baked only by unskilled assistants, there is not. If you want cheap, go to the discount store ... nice that there are still high-quality alternatives like these. You can taste the difference. For me, those are worth the few cents more.
Love their bread.
The wood oven bread is the best bread I've ever eaten. It is crispy on the outside and so soft on the inside that it sticks to the palate. The bread is usually so fresh that you get it warm on the hand. The only downside: In my opinion, a little more expensive than other bakeries, but justified because of the fresh quality.
A very nice homy cafe with homemade baked goods Great for Sunday morning
Great coffee. Friendly staff. Brotraum is amazing to visit. The baker is working where you can see him, cooking fresh bread. The staff member spoke English (as most in Munich seem to). 2 Pastries and 2 Coffees was 10 Euros, which is about on par for the area. Would definitely visit again.
Best brownie I ever had ?!
Came the first time for a coffee and snack, and came back the second time just for the coffee. The pastries were okay but the coffees were perfect. Nice big mugs too!
I was kicked out just because my daughter was walking around tables and talking to her friend....there was almost no other costumers and a very angry lady with short hair who works here complained about children playing
Very expensive. Sales personell seemed overwhelmed with the job.
Great coffee and a broad variety of delicious German breads!
Ok
Great coffee and croissants and the staff is really kind!
Nice place but expensive compared to any street level bakery, and no significant differene in taste of made sandwiches.
Amazing cakes (try the pear ginger) and good coffee.
Try the pear- chocolate cake!
A shop with it's own bakery where you can see how bread and things are being made. Friendly service and really good food. Very Schwabing.
Lovely! The staff is extremely kind and the bakery products are delicious. A little bit pricey, but totally worth it!
A cheery cafe with friendly staff. The menu is a bit limited, but the bread is always soft and fresh, and the coffee is much better than average, IMO. But what really keeps me coming back is the box of toys in back for the kids, and watching bread being baked up front for me.
